The prices in currencies other than SEK are updated monthly according to set FX rates. We endeavour to ensure that prices shown in the webshop when logged in are always current and correct.
Orders below EUR 150 (exkluding VAT and freight) will be charged EUR 8 service fee.
Orders sent to 4P cannot be cancelled.
Terms of payment
4P cooperates with an external partner to receive information about company's financial strength. We do not use discount for fast payment.
Interest will be charged from due date. Interest rate is swedish reference rate + 8%.
We send all invoices via e-mail with regard to the environment. If you request a paper invoice a cost of EUR 3 will be added.
Demand for payment
In case a demand for payment has to be sent it will be charged with a service fee.
Customers that have received 4P's account information can use images on 4P's website. High resolution images is often available directly through the web site (www.4p.se).
The freight added to the invoice depends on the weight and number of parcels in the shipment.
Marketing on the Internet
Brand and products distributed by 4P's resellers can only after approval be published on other sites than the resellers own site.
To become a resellers of 4P's brands and products please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Specify the following information:
Type of shop (normal shop, web shop)
Name of the shop
Name of the company
E-mail address - Contact
E-mail address - Invoice
Other brands and products currently selling in the shop
Cost for returns to 4P are paid by the customer.
Exceptions can be made in special cases. The maximum compensation for returns is SEK 80 within Sweden and EUR 13 from outside Sweden. The receipt from the freight company has to be included in the return.
If we delivered a product that is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help you solve the problem.
Reclaims must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us:
Download the attached file and fill in all required information. E-mail the completed document with attached image/movie of the defective product to: email@example.com
We will then get back to you with a case number and finally, when the complaint is approved, send you a credit note.
